Let’s Talk Bookish: Seeing the Real World Through Books
Hey, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I have an LTB post today, which is the only time I’ll be posting on a day that’s not Monday. Today’s topic is Seeing the Real World Through Books. Prompts: Many fiction books have messages about social issues, current events, and more. Some are underlying themes, and others are much…

Let’s Talk Bookish: Reading Goals
Hey, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I’m sorry that I’ve been a bit spotty these past few weeks; school has been busy and I’m also applying for summer programs, which all have extensive applications. I meant to do an LTB post last week, but I never got to finish it, so I’ll probably post it at a later date as a non-LTB post. Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme created by Rukky @ Eternity Books and hosted by Aria @ Book Nook Bits where we discuss various topics and share our opinions. Today’s topic is Are Reading Goals Worth It? (suggested by Aria). Prompts: We’re two months…

Let’s Talk Bookish: Banning Books
Hey, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I am officially on winter break now, which I am super glad about. My finals didn’t go as well as I expected, but I blame it on being sick last week and thus not getting the review time in class. Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme created by Rukky @ Eternity Books and hosted by Aria @ Book Nook Bits where we discuss various topics and share our opinions. Today’s topic is Banning Books (suggested by Jillian @ Jillian the Bookish Butterfly). This is going to be a bit of a ranty post. When I say “you,” I’m taking about the general you, plural. I…

Let’s Talk Bookish: Books as Gifts
Hey, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I have been a bit under the weather the past few days. I tested positive for COVID on Tuesday, but started feeling sick on Sunday, so I’ve been out of school all week. Which is really inconvenient because finals start next week. So I’ve been having to study from home, while trying to get better. COVID was really untimely. But I’m feeling better and hopefully I’ll test negative on Monday so I can get one review day physically in class before finals start on Tuesday. Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme created by Rukky @ Eternity Books and hosted by Aria @ Book Nook…

Let’s Talk Bookish: Do Book Titles Matter?
Hey, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I am very, very excited about some bookish things, mainly the fact that Rick Riordan is releasing two books in 2023! He’s writing a novel for Nico di Angelo, The Sun and the Star, and a novel for the original PJO trio that takes place after The Heroes of Olympus, called The Chalice of the Gods. I need to reread the PJO series and The Trials of Apollo, so I can remember everything. Maybe I’ll do a binge read over winter break. Moving on to today’s post! I am pretty sure this is the latest I have ever posted an LTB discussion.…

Let’s Talk Bookish: Can Bloggers Write Whatever They Want?
I am late again. My posting has been a bit all over the place so far this month. I’m hoping I can be more regular in the near future, but I can’t guarantee anything.
